Do you design weddings?

We do not currently have the capacity to service weddings regularly. We can offer a la carte options upon availability as well as event design services that may work for your wedding. Please email us at contact@cielsora.com for your specific design needs.

Can I create a custom color palette for my delivery?

Custom inquiries must be submitted through our inquiry form via the shop tab and we ask for submissions to be emailed a minimum of ten business days in advance. Please keep in mind we must shop wholesale quantities to create your custom piece therefore pricing starts at $800. Custom submissions will be taken on as our availability allows.

How do I take a class?

We currently have availability for booking private 1-on-1 classes, private group classes and corporate workshops. For public offerings please stay tuned for our events tab opening soon.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver fresh florals to the New York City, larger New York and New Jersey areas. Corresponding delivery rates apply. Our now, custom-order dried bouquets deliver to all 50 states. A minimum order spend is required on all custom orders.

Is it possible to receive pictures of my order?

We are unable to send images of orders due to bandwidth. We appreciate your trust in handling this special delivery. Mockup images can be arranged for larger order with an order placed a minimum of two weeks ahead of the order date.

Are you hiring interns or assistants?

Our team is a not currently hiring for any full-time positions, nor do we have an active internship program. However, we are always looking to add diverse talent and creative freelancers to our network of amazing artists. Please send us an email at contact@cielsora.com with your information. We unfortunately cannot accomodate any internship or shadowing opportunities.

When will you answer my submission request?

Our studio is a small team honoring the slowness of floral design and will answer your inquiry as soon as possible. It may take us 24 - 48 hours to answer an initial inquiry, and during busier seasons it may take longer. Your business is important to us and we will do our best to respond in a time-sensitive manner.

What are your current offerings in Paris?
